On the 11th December 2014 Ysgol Maesydderwen entered the South Powys Schools Indoor Athletics Championships.
Ysgol Maesydderwen entered a KS3 and KS4 team consisting of both boys and girls.
For not having done any indoor athletics sessions this term the school pupils gave a good account of them selves in the track and field events.
The following pupils from Ysgol Maesydderwen have been selected to represent South Powys Indoor Athletics Team. Alfie Skoczen, Thomas Swindley and Issac Edwards.
