During the October half term, 16 Ysgol Maesydderwen students took part in an Active Leaders Course.
The active leaders course is made up of 3 hours theory and 3 hours practical.
The pupils were assessed on the skills to deliver a coaching session and make sure equipment and facilities are safe to use.
All the pupils on the course showed a great interest to be involved in the 5x60 at Ysgol Maesydderwen.
Now they have completed the course they are able to help set up and deliver 5x60 sessions.
